When should I place an order for the bridal bouquet?

Our bridal bouquets are made to order. To maintain the highest creative quality, we have a daily order quota; once full, no additional orders will be accepted.

If you have confirmed the date of use or collection, you may place your order early to enjoy Early Bird discounts on select items.

For urgent orders needed in less than a month, please contact our florists for inquiries.

If I only order a bridal bouquet for now, can I add items later?

Yes, if you need to add items (such as corsages, boutonnieres, car decorations, etc.), please inform us at least one month before your collection date.

Is there a package discount if I purchase a bridal bouquet along with other products?

All our prices follow the INFLEURENCE price list. However, add-on purchases for select items (such as boutonnieres, corsages, car decorations, ring boxes, etc.) are available at discounted rates. Please check with our florists for details.

Will the bouquet come with a box to prevent dust accumulation?

• Preserved / Dried / Fresh Flower Bouquets: We provide a thick, transparent display box to secure the bouquet and ensure proper preservation.

• Artificial Flower Bouquets: As these are delivered via SF Express, they are safely packed in reinforced cardboard boxes.

• Overseas Weddings / Photoshoots: For clients taking artificial bouquets abroad, we are happy to provide an additional transparent carry bag for hand luggage on flights.

Do you have a physical store where we can see the actual bouquets?

Our Tsim Sha Tsui studio operates by appointment only.

Since all flower arrangements are custom-made, we may not have ready-made stock available on-site for viewing. However, rest assured that all photos are of our actual products—what you see is what you get.

When will the bouquet be ready for collection?

• Fresh Flower Bouquets: To ensure maximum freshness, we source the freshest and finest blooms the day before your event, craft the bouquet on the same day, and deliver it to you the evening before your event date.

• Artificial / Preserved / Dried Flower Bouquets: These will be completed and arranged for delivery or collection 1 to 2 weeks before your event date.

• Other Floral Items: Collection dates can be discussed and arranged according to your needs.

Can you make an arrangement look identical to a photo of another product?

Due to seasonal availability, flower materials may not exactly match reference photos. We hope you trust our floral expertise and creativity to select the most suitable seasonal blooms while keeping in close communication to understand your needs.

Our photos undergo only basic brightness adjustments without altering color temperature or tone, accurately reflecting the real arrangements. Photos taken by wedding photographers may vary in tone depending on their shooting style, post-processing, and environmental lighting.

I understand you do not copy or replicate other florists' work. If I provide reference photos, can you match the color scheme, shape, or flower types?

Different photographers and florists have distinct photography styles and color gradations; light and environmental conditions also affect color temperature and brightness.

If you provide reference photos with specific flower types, please understand that due to variations in texture, shape, and species, adjustments are required. These photos serve as reference only and cannot be replicated exactly (for example, requesting an artificial flower bouquet based on a fresh flower bouquet photo).

What is the ordering process for a bridal bouquet?

1. Deposit & Discussion: After confirming your order with a 50% deposit or full payment, our florist will discuss your preferences and details in depth (bouquet shape, color scheme, flower selection, etc.).

2. Material Preview (Preserved, Dried & Artificial Flowers): A preview of the flower materials and color combinations will be provided before assembly. Brides may adjust materials and color pairings at this stage.

3. Bouquet Preview (Preserved, Dried & Artificial Flowers): When the bouquet is near completion, we offer up to two previews (exclusive to preserved, dried, and artificial flowers) for minor adjustments to the overall shape.

• Note on Fresh Flower Bouquets: Fresh flower bouquets do not include previews for flower selection, color pairing, or finished products. Repeated handling and re-tying fresh flowers increases friction and off-water time, affecting their freshness. Therefore, only limited minor adjustments can be made after completion, and flower materials cannot be swapped last minute. We emphasize thorough upfront communication to fully understand your preferences.

How is pickup or delivery arranged?

You can either pick up your order in person at our Tsim Sha Tsui studio or arrange for courier / private driver / foot courier delivery (freight collect / paid by receiver).

If delivery is arranged, how do you ensure the quality of the floral items?

Before dispatch, all floral products undergo strict evaluation by our florists, so please trust our professional judgment.

While we package every item securely, unexpected accidents during transit may affect quality beyond our control. If you are concerned about transit risks, you are welcome to pick up your order in person at our TST studio.
